• Prepare reports and tracking/analysis spreadsheets
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
• Prepare drafts of official correspondence and presentations
• Audit Design-Builder’s project records (materials/quality) to monitor compliance
• Analyze, summarize and organize data from audit, verification and oversight activities
• Perform material/quantity take offs
• Assist with Project close-out and acceptance
• Support Project staff with management of disputes and potential claims
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms, as necessary
• Additional project administration responsibilities, as necessary
Required Skills
• Six to Eight years construction inspection or administration experience
• BS in Engineering or Construction Management
• NYSDOT or NYSTA experience with construction project closeout preferred
• Previous design-build experience, preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of CPM/Construction Scheduling

• Installing, configuring, administering, and supporting Maximo 6.x and 7.x in a team environment
• Provide Maximo application support to end users
• Develop workflow processes for Maximo, including creating roles, actions and action groups for use in the entire workflow process
• Create Clustered Application environments utilize IBM WebSphere
• Administer Actuate iServer and BIRT
• Develop Actuate Reports
• Load data into Maximo using Maximo Data Loader (MDL), Generic Data Loader (GDL), and Data Migration by scripting (SQL, PL/SQL)Load data into Maximo using Maximo Data Loader (MDL), Generic Data Loader (GDL), and Data Migration by scripting (SQL, PL/SQL)
• Administer Maximo 7.6 Cognos Integration
• Able to assist client in coordinating PMR resolution with IBM
• Develop technical documentation

• Experience with Maximo Data Loader(MDL), Generic Data Loader (GDL), and Data Migration by scripting (SQL, PL/SQL)
• Administer Maximo 7.6 Cognos Integration
• Microsoft MS SQL and IBM DB2 Experience
• Take direction from the Project Managers and team leaders
• Follow through and complete assignments in a timely manner
• 5 years installing, configuring, and implementing Maximo
